Graphic Design I – T-Shirt Design Project
For this project, we were tasked with designing a T-shirt for any ORU organization, club, or residence hall. I chose to represent my own community—5 East, the floor where I currently serve as chaplain.

The design is created in a single color, blue, symbolizing unity and shared purpose. Behind the central imagery, an arrangement of interwoven flowers and leaves evokes the Garden of Eden, representing growth, harmony, and the interconnectedness of our hall community. At the center sits a heart-shaped locket inscribed with “5E,” signifying 5 East and serving as a visual metaphor for the bond we share.

The final design blends symbolism, simplicity, and meaning, capturing both the identity of our floor and the spirit of togetherness that defines it.
